In the living room is air conditioning, satellite TV (49 inches Android) and a sofa bed for two people. The apartment has central heating, free Wi-Fi, ample private parking at the main entrance and a garden with barbecue. In the lower ground floor is a 130 m² large recreation room (with games and training equipment, washing machine and dryer). The apartment has a loggia with sea views. Below the terrace is the 30 m² large and 1, 50 m deep community pool with overflow, outdoor shower and enough pool chairs. The pool is heated to 26 degrees. Professional filters ensure the best water quality. The apartment has 6 bikes (mountain bikes) and 2 kayaks for 2 people plus 1 child (all included in the price).

The house consists of 2 duplex apartments, which may use the pool, recreation room and barbecue. The landlord lives in the neighboring house and takes care of the pool, recreation room and garden. Changeover day: from 15. 6. 2019 until 7. 9. 2019 Saturday, otherwise flexible. Check in from 16:00 - Check out not later than 10:00. Deposit: 20% by bank transfer. Remaining 80% not later than 35 days before the arrival date. Cancellation fee: from 35 days before the arrival date: 20%, 0 - 34 days before the arrival date: 80%. Rotsachtig The apartment is located on the island of Brac, in the quiet Osibova Bay, and is only 30 meters from a small pebble beach. Here you will find, away from mass tourism, untouched nature, tranquility and crystal clear water. In the bay are predominantly rocky beaches and some smaller pebble beaches. The village of Milna with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, post office, pharmacy, doctor, gas station, etc. is 2 km away.
Na een lange zoektocht op het internet zag ik dit prachtige appartement. Ik nam me wat tijd, totdat ik besefte wat er in de beschrijving. Alles wat je nodig hebt en vele extra's die u niet elders te vinden. Prijs prestatie is gewoon onverslaanbaar. We waren 14 dagen vanaf 07.07.2012 tot 21.07.2012 hier op vakantie en had eigenlijk geen zin om naar huis te gaan. Foto's en details zijn absoluut correct. De zee is kristalhelder, het zwembad had geen chloorgeur die ook moeilijk te vinden. Het huis beschikt over zijn perfect en de zuiverheid is topklasse. Het kleine stadje Milna is zeker een bezoek waard vanwege de vele restaurants, kleine schepen, etc., vooral in het weekend. Over de eigenaar familie: niet alleen ze spreken perfect Duits, maar ze zijn er altijd wanneer je ze nodig had, heel liefdevol kinderen (de eigenaar zelf heeft twee kinderen) en natuurlijk de beste oma en opa men zich kan voorstellen. Ik kan bevestigen uit eigen ervaring. Ook hebben we besloten om terug op het vertrek komen.
